Opt for a double room with a mountain view - it's fantastic! the service here is top-notch and the atmosphere is super exclusive. the location is just stunning 🌄 - I'm definitely planning to return.

The decor is lovely and the vibe is super chill here. the staff is on top of things, and they even welcome you with a glass of champagne at the reception 🥂. Plus, you can't beat the location near the harbor with loads of restaurants around to choose from.

The location is excellent, and the breakfast by the water in the club is amazing and lovely.

Felt privileged, no complaints

The pool area and sea view rooms were absolutely stunning. I loved relaxing by the pool and enjoying the beautiful views of the sea. The atmosphere was so calm and peaceful.

Super friendly staff and waiters, amazing sushi chef, fun evening, good facilities and pools, plenty of sunbeds, comfortable bed.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The breakfast provided a wide variety of options, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The location, nestled amongst the big palm trees, was peaceful and within walking distance of other attractions, such as the promenade to the small town.

Had a great Easter break at a fabulous hotel with amazing service from all staff. The food was delicious with a wide variety of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Loved the fact that the hotel provided free Wi-Fi throughout the property and the rooms were kept immaculate by the maid. The oversized cushions on the sun loungers were a nice touch, providing extra comfort while soaking up the sun. Additionally, the evening entertainment in the piano bar was really enjoyable, creating a nice atmosphere both during the day and in the evenings.

There were a couple of disappointing aspects. the advertised heated pools were not actually heated, making them too cold for swimming or relaxation.

I couldn't be happier with my stay at Secrets Lanzarote Resort & Spa. The value for my money was excellent, and my room was comfortable and classy. The location offered stunning views of the sea and the staff treated me so well.

Moreover, there is a good sea front path nearby, perfect for morning or evening walks. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with blackout blinds and efficient air conditioning to ensure a comfortable stay. The breakfast offers a good variety of options, and the pool bar serves delicious food. Additionally, the hotel staff are polite and accommodating, making your stay even more enjoyable.

The entertainment and staff at the hotel could use some improvement. The entertainment activities were limited and poorly executed, and the evening entertainment lacked seating and had low-quality performances.

The hotel is in a perfect setting, with stunning sea views. The rooms are very clean and the staff, like Tina, are welcoming and friendly with a great smile. There are multiple pools to enjoy, and the buffet restaurants and barefoot grill offer a variety of delicious food options. The daily entertaining program, led by energetic and smiling Eva, adds to the enjoyable atmosphere. it was a fantastic 10-day stay at this beautiful place.

There were some loud and disruptive groups during my stay, which took away from the tranquil and peaceful ambiance of the hotel.
